LAS VEGAS, June 28, 2010 (CBS/AP) Police say Motley Crue singer Vince Neil was arrested Monday in Las Vegas on a drunken driving charge.
 The 49-year-old rocker was being held at the Clark County jail pending a court appearance after his arrest early Monday. It wasn't immediatley clear whether Neil had an attorney.
Las Vegas police Officer Barbara Morgan confirmed the arrest, but said she didn't immediately have details.
E! Online is reporting that the charges are accident related, but offered no details.
Neil was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years probation in 1986 in connection with a car crash that took the life of Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley. Neil was charged with vehicular manslaughter and DUI.
Neil has just released "Tattoos And Tequila," His first solo album in 15 years.
