Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante and his wife were arrested on Friday (July 27) and allegedly spent the night in the Elkart County Jail.
The two were arrested and picked up at the Hilton Garden Inn in Eklhart, Ind. and both were subsequently released from jail the next day.
Anthrax is currently out on the road as part of Mayhem Festival
